Delivery & Shipping

Where possible, your order will be sent to you with 1 working days. Please note some products can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Where we deliver

We are rapidly expanding our reach and are able to deliver to most popular destinations, however two things prevent us delivering world wide, the cost can be prohibitive and certain countries have a high level of fraud.

UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Forces Post Office.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia. Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.

The Rest Of The World: Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, United States and Virgin Islands.

What Delivery Costs

Our aim is to keep the price as ow as possible and we run frequent Free Delivery promotions in the UK.

You will only ever have to pay delivery once for an order, even it we decide to make two or more shipments.

Failed Deliveries

If, for whatever reason, you missed the delivery, were not in or were unable to receive the delivery the delivery company should leave a card with a telephone to call and arrange another drop off. If in the extreme cases deliveries are returned to us, we will call you to make alternative arrangements.

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our clothes, products and service come with a no fuss guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please return within 14days and we will offer a full refund, for returns between 14 and 28 days we offer either an exchange or credit note for future purchases.

We also operate in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
