Oliver Brown hunting coats are made with impeccable attention to detail to a traditional square cut style. This iconic red style for men features either five buttons or four buttons as traditionally worn by hunt masters, a flap pocket and a full lining.
All hunt coats are made-to-order so please allow up to eight weeks for delivery. With any hunt coat we are able to add on your own buttons or collar cloth.

Size Help & Product Measurements
- Oliver Brown hunting coats and jackets have a traditional cut, and are designed to fit comfortably over a hunting waistcoat and whilst hunting.
- Hunting coats and jackets fit true to size, we recommend you take your normal size.
Hunting Coats and Jackets are available in a range of regular and long lengths.
For gentlemen between 5'10" - 6' tall.
For gentlemen between 6'1" - 6'7" tall.
We have provided this product's measurements to help you decide which size to buy. Compare the product measurements in the table above to a similar garment you already own. Take all the measurements from the outside, with the garment lying flat.
- Chest circumference
- Waist circumference
- Sleeve length
- Hip circumference
- Shoulder width
- Back length
Measure across the widest part of the chest, underneath the arms. Double this measurement.
With the buttons fastened, measure the width of the coat or jacket exactly 20cm below the underarms. Double this measurement.
Measure from the shoulder seam (the tip of the shoulder) to the end of the cuff.
With the buttons fastened, measure at the widest point of the hips, approximately 20cm below the waistline. Double this measurement.
Measure the distance between the two shoulder seams, straight across the back.
Measure the length at the centre back, from the base of the collar to the hem.
