How to Return
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your goods please return them within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund (please note we do not offer a refund for the original delivery costs incurred, unless the goods are faulty). All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.
We are unable to issue credit until your return package has been received. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Please note, we cannot offer a refund for items that have been worn, altered or monogrammed.

Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for refunds to reflect in your account once processed.
For returns made within 28 to 56 days we offer a credit note for future purchases.
All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods.
We also operate in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are based in the EU, you are entitled to cancel your entire order at any time up until 7 days after you received your goods. The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, you must give us written notice by post or email within this timeframe.
Please note that Oliver Brown is unable to refund any postage costs for International refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
How to Exchange an Order
If you would like to exchange your goods, please return them to us within 28 days of receiving them. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact. Exchanges should be sent in the original parcel bag or carton, or other suitable packaging.
Please note, we cannot offer an exchange for items that have been worn altered or monogrammed.
