UK Delivery Time & Costs
We aim to deliver standard UK orders within 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding any public holidays. During busy periods delivery times may take longer.
Next Day, £9 (UK Only)
Next Day Delivery is not available at present, due to a high volume of orders
Order by 10am BST Monday to Thursday, to receive your purchase next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding any public holidays. Please note; Next Day Delivery is NOT available on weekends or public holidays. Purchases made after midnight on Thursday and will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
Please note, Next Day Delivery is NOT available for Hires or any items that require alterations.
In-Store Pick Up, Free
You can order online and your items will normally be available to collect in store for free within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect, please only collect once you have received this.
In-store pick up is only available at our 75 Lower Sloane Street Store
On some occasions we may decide to make two or more shipments to you, so that your order reaches you as fast as possible. In this case you will only ever have to pay once for the delivery costs. In some special cases, products can take up to eight to twelve weeks for delivery. If this is the case, we will keep you updated on the status of your order. Please note, we are able to deliver to most UK destinations, but please contact us if you are unsure if we will be able to deliver to your location.

International deliveries are sent via DHL ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service, which means that somebody will have to provide a signature for the package, so you may want to nominate an address where there will be someone available to sign. If you were unable to receive the delivery, the couriers may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or leave a card with details of how to get the package.
Please note in some special cases, orders can take longer to process. If this is the case, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
International Express deliveries are sent with DHL Express service, you will receive shipping details and tracking will be available for this service. The cut-off for this is 12pm GMT Monday - Friday.
Taxes & Duties
Please note if your shipping address is outside the UK, we will deduct UK VAT tax at source. However some local taxes, duties or fees may be payable upon receipt of your package. Oliver Brown are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur from customs.
Oliver Brown has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself, please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.
Note: Due to the UK leaving the EU, if you reside within the EU, you will be required to pay the VAT due in your country and duties may also be charged. We are trying our best to minimise these costs worldwide so you can continue shopping with us.
