How to Return
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your goods please return them within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund (please note we do not offer a refund for the original delivery costs incurred). Please fill out the ‘Returns & Exchange Form’ included in your package and ensure you return this with your purchase. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.
Returns should be sent in the original parcel bag or carton, or other suitable packaging, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. Please send returns to the Oliver Brown Head Office at the address below.
Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for funds to re-appear in your account after a refund is processed.
For returns made within 28 to 56 days we offer a credit note for future purchases.
We also operate in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are based in the EU, you are entitled to cancel your entire order at any time up until 7 days after you received your goods. The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, you must give us written notice by post or email within this timeframe.
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange your goods please return them to us within 28 days of the receiving them. Fill out the ‘Returns & Exchange Form’ included in your package and ensure you return this with your purchase. All goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any original tags or packaging intact.
Exchanges should be sent in the original parcel bag or carton, or other suitable packaging, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original goods to us, though we will not charge you for the delivery cost to send out your new goods. Your exchanged goods will be sent out within one week of Oliver Brown receiving the original goods, provided that we have the alternative product available.
Please note that Oliver Brown is unable to refund any postage costs. We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred, nor do we cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. All exchanges are delivered free of charge.
All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods.
