Bespoke Sales / Coordinator

Salary: £28k - £30k depending on experience with performance related bonus
Location: London, Sloane Square

We are known for but not restricted by our house style, inherently created throughout 3 generations of soft and precise bespoke tailoring in Madrid, complimented by a more traditional Savile Row silhouette. The coat features a higher arm hole for a longer more suppressed and natural waistline with a fuller and cleaner sleeve head, The perfect balance between style and comfort especially around the fore shoulder with a more natural drape and stronger chest. Clean lines, balance and correct proportions in our suits.

We have a strong growing business that will require an individual with the following attributes.

Essential:

• 3 years minimum experience in the Bespoke
• Used to working under pressure and delivering and exceeding KPIs
• Used to working with Work In Progress reports to maximise turnover
• Possess excellent organisational skills to plan the cutters work load, liaise with coat and trouser makers to ensure timely delivery of garments for fittings
• Good knowledge of the cloth industry and used to ordering fabric and trims
• Manage sold out fabrics

Desirable:

• Able to work with our marketing team to keep the Bespoke social media refreshed and relevant
• Knowledge of google analytics


Sales Assistent

Salary: £22k - £28k depending on experience + bonus

Specialists in classic British tailoring, Oliver Brown is expanding its flagship store and as such, we need a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone bright who can be switched-on to the needs of every single customer, and ready to go out of your way to ensure satisfaction.

You must have a minimumof 5 years of Formal Menswear Experience.

You need to have good listening skills and a sharp eye for body-language, plus efficiency, enthusiasm and a whole lot of personal initiative. If you've got it, we promise to do everything to help you to develop it to the full.

Looking after customers is only half the story. There are plenty of other things to do such as maintaining day-to-day standards in the shop, picking and packing website orders, putting together press samples, replenishing the stock, taking deliveries and looking after the visual displays.

To apply for this role you must have 5 years’ experience in menswear, including eveningwear, dinner suits and formalwear as well as bespoke, made to measure and made to order tailoring. All applicants must also be English speaking.
